Reservation
The reservation is guaranteed by providing credit card details (card number and expiration date).
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival, no cost will be charged. After this date the entire amount will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee and in case of late cancellation or modification, no-show or early departure it will not be refunded
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in times are from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm in person, after this time you can arrive independently and the keys will be left available.
Check-out is by 10:00.
We do not provide a fixed reception service so we kindly ask you to always contact us to communicate your arrival time, especially if after 7pm.
